I’m Khanjan Brahmbhatt, a proud husband and father of two amazing children. My journey in real estate funding began in 2003, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families purchase their first home or embark on real estate investment. In 2015, I founded EJ Consulting Solutions LLC to specialize in Commercial Real Estate and Working Capital solutions, empowering clients to launch new ventures or grow their existing businesses. Over the years, I’ve supported business owners with various financing options, including SBA loans, Commercial Real Estate loans, Construction loans, Business Credit Lines, Startup funds, Equipment loans, and other lending solutions not typically accessible through traditional banks.
